Assedium was born with the goal of revealing the authentic Piedmontese spirit for pastry and chocolate in a modern way. This is the mission of two young men from Cuneo behind the Assedium brand: searching and choosing excellent ingredients and recipes, to offer contemporary products, using traditional methods.
Tied to tradition, striving for innovation, Assedium stands out for the elegant and contemporary packaging and unique flavors, that ensure a unique experience of consumption.
