La Bottega del Torrone
The Bottega di Torrone of the Secchi family opened in 1995, but uses an ancient recipe and practice that goes back over 300 years. They fell in love with this sweet treat and what it symbolized in Sardinian tradition that they decided to take on this mission, sharing the delight of Sardinian torrone. They use a purely artisan production, using exclusively local honey, as well as all other ingredients, and slow cooking to produce an excellent treat. Their torrone is a testament to a long heritage of the Sardinian people, the taste that continues through time sharing Sardinian excellence.
