For over 40 years, Caseificio Valsamoggia has been dedicated to the production of artisan cheeses, following secretly guarded old family recipes. Their mission is so simple and genuine, but at the same time ambitious and enterprising: to transmit emotions over time with the tradition and quality of all time. They specialise in the production of fresh cheeses, but over the years and with experience, they have gained enough knowledge to extend their production to other typical local products, such as the delicious tigelle.
