Conti Nuvoli di Grinzane
A bit of history
The Conti Nuvoli family has been passionately dedicated to wine production for over 500 years on the Torrazzo hills in San Damiano d’Asti. During this long history, which spans over 26 generations, they have always managed the business by combining respect for tradition with innovative choices. They are one of the longest continuously family-run wineries in Piedmont.
Today Federico with Stefania and their children Laura and Lorenzo bear witness to the ancient bond with this land, a magical and silent place where tradition, respect for nature, and innovation coexist harmoniously. A family capable of recounting its past, living its present, and looking to the future with passion. They work exclusively with Barbera, ensuring the greatest care of this symbol of Piedmontese wine tradition.
The Marcellengo Tower, which stands out among the vines, is the only visible vestige of the medieval settlement, and their entire estate was declared of special artistic and historical interest in 1992.
