A bit of history
Handcraft and passion are at the heart of Deseo’s production. They select the best local ingredients to mix together their delicious biscuits, using traditional Tuscan recipes. Their story begins with Francesco Pandolfini one familiar with the Tuscan confectionery tradition, in 2001 he created the DESEO company, realizing his desire to have his own artisan laboratory.
His passion for food and his spirit of continuous research guide him in the creative experimentation of flavors and combinations.
The bakery produces simple biscuits perfect for breakfast, as well as the rich traditional biscuits cantucci, using the best possible Almonds and raw ingredients.
