L’Angolo della Piada, founded in 1997, produces the traditional baked goods of Romagna as in the past: piadina. In their laboratory, everything seems to have stopped in time to continue to make quality products that represent the excellence of the territory.

The family business is managed from time to time by the next generation without any changes being made to the original recipe, to the criteria of passion and care with which they select the ingredients and the attention they pay to promoting their territory around the world.

Their history and processing is really simple. Just as you have to do to obtain a simply good piadina.
