A bit of history
Opificio Nunquam is located in Tavola, a village in the commune of Prato, since 2007. In this small laboratory, Cristina and Fabio, the owners of the factory, personally take care of all the phases of product processing, starting with the selection and purchase of top quality herbs and spices needed to flavor Vermouth and liqueurs in a totally natural way.
To continue with the maceration of these herbs and spices in a special steel container (macerator) together with neutral alcohol and in the case of Vermouth also in an excellent Tuscan white wine for the necessary time. All this is done without using any kind of “natural” flavoring or added coloring.
