For three generations Murru e Lai has been producing the classic bread of Sardinia. They believe that tradition and story are what brings the best quality to a product.
Despite the inevitable technological progress, necessary for constant industrial production, Murru e Lei are able to maintain the characteristics of the carasau bread of the past. The defence of the typical flavours of their territory and respect for local traditions are in fact their point of reference that they follow constantly.
