The rhythms of the past intersect with the modernity of Canossa’s production.
Pasta di Canossa was born from an intuition of Ottavio di Canossa and is produced in Ferrara in the ancient Cuniola Estate where for a century the Canossa family has been taking care of these lands with passion and dedication.
Their pasta, produced only with our durum wheat, is the result of the love for the artisan traditions of Emilia, for experimentation and research of quality.
