A bit of history
The large family of Salumificio Monte Arci is an energetic team that is always ready to give its best, driven by love and passion for its land and traditions but with a constant eye on the future. It all began about 30 years ago, when at the foot of Monte Arci there was a small family-run salumificio for the processing of pork from the farm’s own herd. The company immediately distinguished itself for the production of handmade cold cuts of excellent quality. After a few years they considerably increased production capacity, obtaining important recognitions.
Today, the new generation carries on the family tradition and enriches it thanks to the use of new technologies and advanced machinery. And, in a perfect combination of past, present and future, arrives to cross the borders of the island with three brands of great value products.
