The story of the Sardinian Spirito Sardo distillery was born out of a love for the fruits of this island and a desire to create memorable, bold and out-of-the-ordinary products.
They are a family-run business that espouses craftsmanship, with no secrets or shortcuts attached.

In the Donori area, the trees are cultivated according to organic farming methods and all the raw materials are processed without treatment, respecting the seasonality that the territory has to offer.

They make the typical Myrtle liqueur at km0 and prickly pear liqueur, a plant that characterises the landscape of the Sardinian maquis.
