The Seasoned Fillet of Monte Arci is one of their most valuable products.
It is obtained from the back of the pig which is the leanest and most valuable part.
The fillets are massaged and dried in dryers flavored with precious woods that give the product taste and aroma, while maintaining its characteristic delicacy of flavor.
The seasoning is very long and its delicate flavor is flavored by the presence of green pepper.
Excellent cut into thin slices, seasoned with lemon, arugula, slivers of pecorino cheese and olive oil, accompanied by delicious carasau bread.
Ideal as an appetizer, but also as a cold main course accompanied by a glass of full-bodied red wine.
