Description

Alta Langa DOCG is the brut sparkling wine of Piedmont. Chaos is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero.

A denomination of limited production, with an ancient history: it was the first classic method to be produced in Italy, since the mid-nineteenth century, in the "Underground Cathedrals" of Canelli, now recognized as a Unesco World Heritage Site.

This DOCG has a very long aging time on the lees, as required by the strict regulations: at least 30 months.

Alta Langa is exclusively vintage, that is it always shows on the label the year of harvest.

Alta Langa Bianco has straw yellow to deep gold hues and aromas reminiscent of white fruit and citrus fruits with hints of bread crust. It is harmonious on the palate, characterized by a delicate sapidity.

This Chaos wine perfectly pairs with the gastronomic elegance of Piedmont, in particular with white truffle, fondues, or mixed fried food. It also has unexpected pairings, such as with very mature cheeses and grilled vegetables.

We prepare the order in 24-48 hours and shipping to Europe usually takes 2 or 3 days.

Our priority is to pack and ship the products safely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum sealed and we use dry ice and cool bags to keep the products fresh and their quality intact.

Wine and all bottles in general are shipped in inflatable bags, designed to protect them throughout their journey. Please note that all packaging can be easily reused.
