American Stout “Ruscà”

A unique American Stout, Rusca is made from freshwater streams, those of the Vigezzo and Valgrande Valley. A high fermentation dark beer, unfiltered and unpasteurized. It is characterized by a round and particularly structured body, with an intense and compact foam. On the nose, it releases notes of roasted coffee, while the notes of bitter cocoa prevail during the tasting. It is a bitter beer with strong and original flavors, perfect to have with cold cuts and cheese of the local tradition, maybe with friends after work.

This 75cl version is presented in a beautiful oval-shaped bottle to better represent the uniqueness of this artisanal beer.

Fun fact: the label is dedicated to the Vigezzino chimney sweeps, famous all around the world for being the best at their work.
