The anchovies patè from I Marinati di Comacchio retains all the tasty yet delicate flavour of freshly caught anchovies.
I Marinati di Comacchio fish in the Comacchio Valleys, the 'Po Delta Biosphere', a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, time has stood still since the 17th century: fishing is still done using the 'lavoriero' method, a tool made of marsh cane, and the fish are processed by hand, one by one. Only typical local fish are caught in the Adriatic Sea, of which the anchovy pate is a modern reinterpretation to enhance the history and flavour of the area.
It is ideal to serve on warm tigelle bread as an aperitif or as an appetiser spread on a slice of Pane Carasau. To bring out its flavour even more, add a few drops of Frantoio Franci's Delicate Olive Oil.

We prepare the order in 24-48 hours and shipping to Europe usually takes 2 or 3 days.
Our priority is to pack and ship the products safely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum sealed and we use dry ice and cool bags to keep the products fresh and their quality intact.
Wine and all bottles in general are shipped in inflatable bags, designed to protect them throughout their journey. Please note that all packaging can be easily reused.
Ingredients & Nutrition
Anchovies 55%, extra virgin olive oil, wine, Arrowroot starch, garlic, parsley, salted capers (capers, salt), acidifier: lactic acid, whole sea salt from Cervia, white pepper, laurel. May contain traces of shellfish.
