Description

This Aubergine patè is produced using the best vegetables and extra virgin olive oil. The vegetables are processed vacuum-sealed at low temperature: this peculiar process allows to preserve at best all the nutritive properties, maintaining the vegetables’ color, aromas, and flavors more similar to fresh products.
The aubergine patè is a tasty and versatile preparation, a spreadable cream very common in the Mediterranean countries: you can spread it on bread or croutons, you can use it to accompany meat dishes or even better to dress your favorite pasta.

We prepare the order in 24-48 hours and shipping to Europe usually takes 2 or 3 days.

Our priority is to pack and ship the products safely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum sealed and we use dry ice and cool bags to keep the products fresh and their quality intact.

Wine and all bottles in general are shipped in inflatable bags, designed to protect them throughout their journey. Please note that all packaging can be easily reused.
