A strong and intense sauce for your meat! The bagnetto rosso is a traditional Piedmontese sauce, locally called "bagnet ross". It is made of tomato sauce, white onions, fresh vegetables, anchovies and spices.
Its name derives from the fact that the tomato, the main ingredient of the sauce, gives it a characteristic red color.
