The art of pork butchery has no boundaries and the Tuscan artisan Carlo Giusti takes care of satisfying your palate, proposing the typical Mortadella Chianina, according to the classic tradition.

This delight, totally handmade, is produced with a carefully selected meat: Carne Chianina.
It is unique in its kind because the cattle belong to one of the oldest breeds in Italy, and owes its name to the area of breeding: the Valdichiana.
Just think that this meat was appreciated even by the Egyptians, more than 3,000 years ago!

At every bite you can taste the flavor of the Tuscan tradition, enriched with fine flakes of pistachio: the flavor is unmistakable, you will never forget it!

We suggest you to taste this Italian delight as an aperitif, lightly gratinated on the grill or even as a filling for tortelli and ravioli.

We prepare the order in 24-48 hours and shipping to Europe usually takes 2 or 3 days.

Our priority is to pack and ship the products safely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum sealed and we use dry ice and cool bags to keep the products fresh and their quality intact.

Wine and all bottles in general are shipped in inflatable bags, designed to protect them throughout their journey. Please note that all packaging can be easily reused.

Store at a temperature between 0° and 4°C. Do not pierce the package.
Open the vacuum and re-oxygenate before consumption.
