Description

Colline Novaresi Nebbiolo DOC Rosato Poderi di Sopra is a surprising expression of the most classic Piedmontese grape variety: Nebbiolo.

The rosato color is made during the pressing, it goes through a light press just to squeeze a tad of the rich color. The wine then ferments in temperature-controlled containers and ages in stainless steel barrels for several months.

The wine gives off notes of almond and red fruit nuances. It has a delicate flavour with a Nebbiolo backbone which, enhanced by the vinification method, makes it incredibly easy to drink and structure.

Poderi di Sopra is excellent to drink as an aperitivo or with delicate dishes, tending to be fish-based.
