Dry Gin Bugin is a dry, aromatic gin ideal for pairing with meat and charcuterie. The essence of Piedmont in a bottle, to enhance the meat taste!
Mauro Schiavo, butcher and bartender, was looking for a gin specifically suited to be paired with meat and charcuterie dishes and, not having found anything that responded to his demanding palate, he decided to get creative and create an ad hoc gin.
Bugin is dry and balanced on the palate, aromatic and fruity, with predominant notes of thyme and genepy. The juniper note gives a delicate and balsamic flavour. It is a compoun gin where all the botanicals are distilled individually to achieve the most intense nuance of each of their flavours. The mixture rests for a month in stainless steel tanks before being filtered and bottled.
Its name in Piedmontese dialect means "calf" to indicate the dedicated research and study that Mauro devoted to finding a gin for the world of cured meats and meat. It is an innovative and modern product that remains anchored in local tradition. In fact, all the botanicals are hand-picked in the mountains and hills of Piedmont.
Excellent to pair with cured meats or meat. Don't limit yourself to pairing a glass of Bugin with a charcuterie board. Try it to prepare the marinade with which to cook juicy red meat on the grill.
You can also use it as a base for a Gin Tonic as long as the tonic is not strongly aromatic.

Shipping & delivery
