English Ale “Rais”

Rubiu's Raìs beer is striking for its sweet bitterness... a bit like you on some days!
It is an English Ale that behind its rough appearance hides a sweet and caramelised soul. In fact, its name, "Raìs" means "austere boss": it is the drink that bosses drink at the end of the day after a day of work to find peace and rest.

It has a deep amber colour, enhanced by ruby reflections. On the nose it comes with notes of honey, caramel and hazelnut. On the palate it remains drinkable thanks to its hoppy and very aromatic finish: liquorice, root and pepper are the aromas most picked up on tasting.

There is no better match for this beer than a rich and varied board of artisanal cold cuts... At Italian Delights you are spoilt for choice! Try it with spicy cold cuts such as Spicy Salametto by Salumificio Romano Mainelli. Also excellent with grilled meat or mullet roe.

It is a craft beer that has gained recognition on the world stage. It has won a lot of awards including the silver medal in 2013 for the Pale and Amber Ale category and the bronze medal in 2018 and 2019 for the Beer Challenge in Barcelona and Brussels.
