"Brisighello" oil is an extra virgin olive oil that in 1996 obtained the recognition of DOP Brisighella by the European community. It is the first Italian PDO oil.
The Brisighello comes from the indigenous cultivar Nostrana di Brisighella, from selected olive groves in the hills of Brisighella, whose olives are harvested manually because they are grown in an area where nature does not allow mechanical processes.
Its herbaceous scent, which reaches a balsamic sensation, has a thick density and great elegance. It has an intense green fruity aroma, with scents of fresh grass and vegetables, very intense when still young.
Defined as " The Protagonist ", this oil to the taste is full, clean with a slight sweet note, young products have a spicy note, typical of oils produced at higher latitudes.
Its elegance enhances and harmonizes the taste of the dishes it accompanies.
It excels on raw meat and fish and best expresses its identity emulsified out of focus, with cooking liquids of fish, meat and game.

We prepare the order in 24-48 hours and shipping to Europe usually takes 2 or 3 days.
Our priority is to pack and ship the products safely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum sealed and we use dry ice and cool bags to keep the products fresh and their quality intact.
Wine and all bottles in general are shipped in inflatable bags, designed to protect them throughout their journey. Please note that all packaging can be easily reused.
