Pecorino Regina is the latest innovation from Seggiano: handcrafted.
The pecorino obtained is much more delicate and sweeter than traditional pecorino.

It is made from pure pasteurised sheep's milk and artisanal milk enzymes.
Maturing lasts from 90 to 120 days after traditional processing. The paste is white and crumbly, the scents released when cut anticipate the intense and slightly pronounced taste. The taste ends with the typical spicy and acidulous note of real artisanal pecorino.

Pecorino Regina differs from the others in the predominance of sweet notes and the short duration of its salting period.

Try it with Prosciutto al Pepe, honey and a crumble of walnuts and hazelnuts. The ideal accompaniment is a full-bodied, structured red wine.
Perfect also with bitter orange marmalade from Monastero Germagno and an Amber Ale from Birrificio Ossolano.

We prepare the order in 24-48 hours and shipping to Europe usually takes 2 or 3 days.

Our priority is to pack and ship the products safely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum sealed and we use dry ice and cool bags to keep the products fresh and their quality intact.

Wine and all bottles in general are shipped in inflatable bags, designed to protect them throughout their journey. Please note that all packaging can be easily reused.
