Langhe Chardonnay DOC “Ad Maiora”

Langhe Chardonnay "Ad Maiora" is San Biagio’s 100% Chardonnay expression. The grapes are grown outside of the town of Verduno, an area characterized by an interesting blend of soils which in turn add a crisp character to this wine. Grapes are harvested by hand, and once separated from the skins the wine spends three months in stainless steel tanks, developing its unique character.

Langhe Chardonnay is a structured yet soft golden white wine. It has primary aromas are floral, followed by fruits such as apricot, melon and mango. It has a slight tang of minerality and is quite persistent in the mouth.

This wine is perfect for a light aperitivo or to pair with your antipasti. It goes especially well with semi-aged cheeses and lightly seasoned fish or white meat.
