Langhe DOC Riesling

100% Rhine Riesling grown in the Langhe DOC for a unique grape variety from one of the most excellent Italian wine regions. After manual harvesting, the grapes are left to ferment and lay on their lees for 8 months in a temperature-controlled environment. Finally, they are bottled, and ready to be enjoyed! This organic Riesling is straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, when drunk young, has delicate notes of white flowers and citrus along with vegetal scents. On the palate, the well-balanced acidity - the main characteristic of this grape - gives great freshness and a final sapidity. It is a perfect wine to enjoy on its own or with fresh fish.
