Description

The "Lunera" is a fresh Sardinian goat's cheese with a soft, compact consistency and an aromatic, mild flavour. It has an intense aroma that lingers finely during tasting.
Produced using a selection of whole goat's milk from wild Sardinian herds.

It is one of the typical cheeses of the Sardinian tradition whose scent is unmistakable and remains so even during the tasting. The taste is strong and decisive and brings with it the scents of the Mediterranean maquis where the Lacesa animals graze.

It is excellent to be eaten directly at the table, with honey or apple jam. The recommended wines to accompany Lunera fresh goat's cheese are structured white wines with good alcohol content or young, medium-soft reds.

Maturing: 60 days.

We prepare the order in 24-48 hours and shipping to Europe usually takes 2 or 3 days.

Our priority is to pack and ship the products safely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum sealed and we use dry ice and cool bags to keep the products fresh and their quality intact.

Wine and all bottles in general are shipped in inflatable bags, designed to protect them throughout their journey. Please note that all packaging can be easily reused.
