Masera’s Giambun is the typical ham of the Ossola Valley, prepared with the traditional ancient method.

Pork legs between 9 and 12 kg are used, so that they can be processed properly: this means that the pig has reached the right weight, following a suitable diet, and the meat is at the right point to be transformed into a delicious and appetizing local raw ham.

The curing is very complex and difficult: there are many steps to be carried out correctly, and Divin Porcello knows how to do it!

After a long ageing, never under 24/30 months, this delicious ham is ready to be enjoyed with some bread and one of our artisanal beers!

It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.

Wine (or bottles in general) are shipped using inflatable bags and are designed to protect them throughout the journey. We remind you that all packaging can be easily reused.
