The name of this Mortadella may seem strange, but in reality it refers to a truly unique and local custom.

In fact, the term Mora Mora refers to the meat used by the Scapin family to produce this typical salami. The Mora Romagnola is an autochthonous breed of pig that lives exclusively in the woods of Emilia Romagna.

It is a unique and valuable meat of its kind, thanks to the wild state of these pigs who feed on acorns and chestnuts.

The Scapin family manages to keep this family tradition alive and continue to bring to the table the most famous cured meat of the Bolognese gastronomic tradition.

The Mortadella Mora Mora has a strong taste, tasty and appetizing, with a marked red color.
