Light vanilla aftertaste

Ally against stomach acidity

Perfect with all cheeses

This Organic acacia honey is harvested in May when nature unleashes all its pastel colours and is at its most beautiful. It is characterised by a delicate yellow colour and a distinctive vanilla aftertaste. Moreover, it doesn't crystallise, so we could say that it is the perfect honey of all times.

Honey that does not tend to crystallise melts more easily when immersed in hot drinks. Even honey that tends to crystallise, a process due to the high presence of glucose, can be enjoyed in warm milk, tea, or herbal teas, it just takes longer for them to dissolve.

When you're feeling full from Sunday lunch with the family, Acacia Honey will help to counteract stomach acidity and promote intestinal balance.
What should it be combined with? Don't ask yourself a thousand questions, this honey is suitable for all types of cheese.

This organic acacia honey has been produced by Apicoltura Vallera, a Slow Food-approved bee-keeper working in the heart of Monferrato.
