Poggio Rosso's Tages Tuscan Red Wine is a wine with a great story of their Etruscan wine heritage.

Tages was the Etruscan divinity who synthesized the purity of the child and the experience of the mature man. Born from a plowed furrow, he lived long enough to teach the Etruscans the arts of divination and prediction of the future, harmonizing nature with the will of the Gods.

Tages was chosen for this wine as it is a perfect blend of direct flavour and harmonious expression of the territory. It is a fresh wine that seduces for its immediacy and intensity of scents and its rich and harmonious taste. A rich blend of Merlot and Sangiovese the primary aromas lead with blackberries and dark fruits, with smoky and peppery undertones.

This is a rich red that deserves a meal with it, pair it at dinner with your meat dishes or an excellent plate of Pici and ragu.
