The Vino Bianco d’Italia is a beautiful blend of local Trebbiano Toscano, and the beloved varieties of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is low alcohol - 11.5%, making it a perfect choice to cool off.

On the other hand, the Chianti DOCG is made with Sangiovese. A delicious tuscan wine to enjoy with a winter grill.

Tasting Notes

White Wine: A refreshing and harmonized blend. This fresh blend is a straw yellow with green reflections. It gives off aromas of acacia, citrus and white fruits.
Chianti DOCG: Pour a glass and find a brilliant ruby wine with purple reflections. It gives off aromas of cherry, and plums with a balanced taste and excellent fresh character. The Chianti DOCG is a medium-bodied wine that is easy to drink.

Food Pairings

White Wine: With its fresh acidity and savoury palate this wine is perfect to enjoy on its own, or with a plate of your favourite Tuscan semi-aged pecorino, drizzled with honey and served with fresh fruit.
Chianti DOCG: With an alcohol content of 13%, and a smooth body it is better enjoyed with food. Enjoy it with rich matured cured meats, like game meat, or your favourite winter grilled meats and veggies.
