Do you want to amaze your friends with a special dish? Maratelli 1914 risotto with porcini mushrooms will do!
With this preparation, you can create the perfect risotto with porcini mushrooms in few simple steps and in less than 20 minutes.
For a real chef's touch, you can add Bettelmatt, cubes of Salame d'la Duja and Black Garlic Salt.

The base of the rice is still Maratelli Rice: a historic variety grown only in the Vercelli area with a semi-fine, coarse-grained grain.
The Piedmontese valleys are characterised by a micro climate that is ideal for mushroom growth and thanks also to the presence of trees such as beech, chestnut, birch and oak.

In a pan heat two tablespoons oil, toast the contents of the package for about a minute, stirring constantly, if you like, add 1/2 glass whit wine and stir for a few seconds, cover with 650 ml of hot water, not salt and don't add any seasonings.
During cooking, stir occasionally and, if necessary, add a little hot water until cooked (16-18 minutes). When cooked, remove from the heat, stir in pleasure.
