This variation of the classic cured pork salame is enriched with local Gorgonzola, a delicious cheese with a bite, giving the salami a slightly spiced taste and intense aroma.

Enjoy this salami on its own or together with some lightly aged cheese, add a glass of medium-bodied Piedmontese wine for the perfect experience!
