Description

Salametto Ticino refers to a salametto, or little salami from Northern Italy.
Salametto is a typical cold cut from Italy. It is made by grinding together low-fat pork with lard and spices.

It has been recognized by the Piedmont Region ministry as an official protected Italian traditional product.

The area of production covers the entire northern Piedmont, especially the provinces around Lake Maggiore.

The salametto is best consumed as an aperitivo or together with some bread and matured cheese.

Wine and all bottles in general are shipped in inflatable bags, designed to protect them throughout their journey. Please note that all packaging can be easily reused.
