The Metodo Classico Hallé Rosé sparkling wine is made from the earliest harvested grapes of Enrico Crola's Nebbiolo vines. The early harvest helps preserve the right acidity in the wine and not create an excessive alcohol content.
The Nebbiolo grapes, once separated from the pips, are transferred directly to the press. They go through a very soft pressing and maceration in the press for only 2 hours, they remain at a very low temperature in order to best preserve the fragrance of the Nebbiolo. This process helps to obtain that particular and delicate shade of pink that distinguishes the Hallé Rosé. Then the wine is vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Time for the bubbles, the second fermentation: This takes place in bottles according to the "Metodo Classico".
On the nose, this wine immediately transmits a lively sensation of pleasantly fresh grapefruit notes. It has fine and elegant bubbles.
The Metodo Classico Hallé Rosé is perfect as an Aperitivo. Or it can be paired with fish and white meat. Perfect for special occasions!
