Pecorino "Il Piacere" has an intoxicating, enveloping aroma. The truffle blends perfectly with the flavour of the cheese creating a real journey through the flavours of Tuscany.

It is a sheep's milk cheese matured for 120 days that is flavoured with truffle. In fact, to savour all the nuances of flavour, we recommend eating it au naturel to explore the fine, aromatic and full notes. It is produced according to a traditional local recipe to obtain a white cheese tending towards straw yellow with visible pieces of truffle.

Excellent as an aperitif with traditional Tuscan cold cuts, such as Antica Norcineria's sbriciolona with fennel, and with not very sugary jams such as Audere's artisanal ones.

It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.

Pasteurized sheep MILK, Summer Truffle preparation 1,7% (minced black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum vitt)(0,8%), water, flavor, salt), salt, rennet, starter cultures. On surface: rapeseed oil. Not edible rind.

Preservation: keep the whole wheel in a cool dry place. Once cut, preserve the cheese between 0°C and 4°C, wrapped in food paper or natural fiber cloth.
