The encapsulated white truffle oil is an innovative condiment created from the iconic Tartuflanghe’s Oro in Cucina®. It is made from authentic Italian extra virgin olive oil with Piedmontese white truffle.
Through the culinary process called “spherification” the truffle oil is encapsulated in little spheres: the liquid appears to be solid, but the illusion breaks when the spheres burst as they are eaten. This surprising new texture of this legendary condiment allows and suggests new presentations and gastronomic applications. The golden pearls can be used on any cold and hot dish: excellent condiment and beautiful decoration for meat and fish tartare, eggs, pasta, risotto, and cheese.

Shipping & delivery
We prepare the order in 24-48 hours and shipping to Europe usually takes 2 or 3 days.
Our priority is to pack and ship the products safely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum sealed and we use dry ice and cool bags to keep the products fresh and their quality intact.
Wine and all bottles in general are shipped in inflatable bags, designed to protect them throughout their journey. Please note that all packaging can be easily reused.
