Here at Italian Delights, we work every day to offer you the products of the highest quality while respecting the short supply chain, traceability and craftsmanship. However, it may happen that the products do not always arrive in perfect condition, but no problem: let us know immediately so that we can assess together what is the best solution to remedy this and we will make sure that it does not happen again!
What to do
In case you receive the package damaged, please make sure the products inside are not.
In case they are (broken bottles, food boxes open), please take a picture of the products and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will evaluate the problem and if the damages have been caused by us (or the couriers), we will ship the same products again for free or give you a full refund.
In case there’s a product missing in the order you received, or it’s broken or expired, please notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. In case of failure to notify, complaints will not be accepted after the specified period.
Our customer care is at your disposal between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
